This program is tailored for individuals who are ready to advance their negotiation abilities, ensuring that participants are building upon a solid foundation of negotiation principles.

This advanced seminar offers a deeper understanding of the negotiating strategies, tactics and processes that were learned in the Effective Negotiating® seminar. Through complex, interactive cases and a step-by-step discussion of negotiation techniques, participants learn to build long-lasting deals, maintain their initiative under pressure, develop a comprehensive preparation checklist, manage negotiating threats and escalation, gather useful information, and much more.
