Cancellation

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, notify KARRASS at least 5 working days before the seminar to receive a full refund (less registration fee of $50) or transfer to another scheduled seminar within 12 months. Without prior notice of any change, we will be unable to offer any refund. Substitutions may be sent in your place with 48 hr. notice. KARRASS does not cover travel or accommodation expenses. In the unlikely event of a seminar cancellation, we kindly remind attendees to manage their own travel and accommodation arrangements and related costs. We are not able to make hotel reservations.
